Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Only the mobile app charges are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Printing machines/devices are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund on the app, your request must be made within 30 days and must include valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Please do not send your machine/device back to the manufacturer directly.

Machine Warranty

All machines purchased through Bill Sarthi come with a 6-month warranty.

If the machine becomes faulty within 6 months, you can courier it to us, and we will either repair or replace it at no extra cost, subject to the following conditions:

The machine must not have any physical damage caused by mishandling.
You must include the original purchase receipt/invoice.
Return shipping to us is to be paid by you. We will send the repaired or replaced machine back at our cost.

Returnable

We do not provide any return under circumstances

Refunds (for app charges only)

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund and credit the amount back to your original method of payment within 7-10 Working Days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before the refund is reflected.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@billsarthi.com.

Shipping Returns (for machines under warranty)

To return your machine for repair or replacement under the 6-month warranty, please courier it to the following address:

Note: Use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Note: Replacement will be delivered in 7-10 working days.
